1. Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following shipping methods for you to choose from during checkout:

  1. Home Delivery(Via YAMATO Transport, HCT Logistics, or other courier services

  2. Convenience Store Pickup(7-11, FamilyMart, OK Mart, Hi-Life

    Available only in Taiwan (main island); not applicable to certain products.

  3. International Shipping
      ・International shipping is available for select products. The shipping method and fees will be determined by your specific region and product type and you will be notified separately.


2.Order Processing Time

  1. Once payment for your order is confirmed, in-stock items will be shipped within approximately 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).

  2. For pre-order or customized products, the shipping time will be based on the schedule indicated on the product page.

  3. After your order has shipped, you will be notified by email or text message with the tracking number and a link to check the delivery status.


3. Delivery Time

  1. Main island of Taiwan (Home Delivery / Convenience Store Pickup): Arrives in approximately 1-3 business days after shipping.

  2. Outlying islands: Arrives in approximately 3-5 business days.

  3. International shipping: Subject to the processing time of the logistics provider and customs.

    Please note: Actual delivery times may vary depending on the logistics provider's operating procedures and the destination. Delivery may also be delayed due to force majeure events such as weekends, public holidays, or weather.


4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  1. Enjoy free shipping on a single order of ____ or more (limited to Taiwan's main island).

  2. For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

  3. International shipping fees will be quoted separately based on the destination and product weight.


5. Other Important Notes

  1. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, no one being available to receive the package, or an inability to make contact, we will charge a redelivery fee.

  2. If you have not received your product within 5 days of it being shipped, please contact customer service for help checking the delivery status.

  3. Our company reserves the right to adjust the shipping method and time based on actual shipping and logistics conditions.
